"A countrywide home loan is what we finally signed after reading the advice on your site... It has given us a new perspective on things because the last ime we got a mortgage, we had to set an appointemnt with our bank and basically go on an 'interview' before we were approved for a loan... There were not many options, rates were not so great and we were happy to be moving but we had the lingering feeling that we weren't getting a great deal or saving money like we did when we got our countrywide home loan.
