Adjustable rate mortgage - mortgage loans in which the interest rate, after an initial period, can be changed by the lender.
Simple interest mortgage - mortgage loans on which interest is calculate daily based on the balance at the time of the last payment.
Interest-only mortgage - mortgage loans on which for some period the monthly mortgage payment consists of interest only.  During that period, the loan balance remains unchanged.
